6IX BACK VOLLEYBALL
Player policies and waiver
Adults 18+ only. Same terms as at signup → keep this page for your records, or share it with anyone in your group.
Cancellation, payment timing and refunds
How holds, waitlist invites, and cancellations work for 6IX BACK drop-in games.
ELIGIBILITY (18+)
6IX BACK is adults only. Everyone on a signup must be 18 or older. The person paying confirms ages for the whole roster.
PAYMENT DEADLINE (2 HOURS BEFORE START)
Payment is due by 2 hours before the scheduled start. If we do not receive your Interac e-Transfer by then, your signup is automatically cancelled and the spot can go to someone else. We send friendly email reminders before the deadline → a first nudge about 30 minutes after you sign up, and a final reminder about 1 day before the game.
WAITLIST INVITE (30 MINUTES)
When a spot opens, invited waitlisted players have 30 minutes to complete payment and claim the released spot. If the window passes, the invite expires and we may offer the spot to the next person on the list.
SIGN-UP WINDOW (7 DAYS)
Single-game sign-up opens 7 days before the scheduled start. Recurring weekly drop-ins can be reserved for the full series earlier when the host offers series enrollment.
CANCELLATION (2+ HOURS BEFORE START)
To cancel under our policy, contact us at least 2 hours before the scheduled game start. Start times are based on the date and time shown on the run, interpreted in Toronto (Eastern Time).
REFUNDS
You can request a refund up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. After that cutoff, your signup is non-refundable. Any approved refund owed is sent after games are settled.
